Using the Body Champ Inversion Table for just 10 minutes a day will allow you to be on your way to improved circulation and posture while relieving muscle aches, back pain and stress. Inversion therapy counteracts the forces of gravity on the body (particularly the back) by decompressing and elongating the spine. Not only can this relieve pressure on your spinal cord's ligaments and nerve roots, but it can also relax the back muscles that support the vertebrae. And when your back relaxes, the rest of your body invariably follows. The Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Therapy Table can make a great addition to your daily routine, and help to improve your circulation and posture while relieving muscle aches, back pain, and stress.
The IT8070 is easy to adjust, with a deluxe dual-pin system that lets you quickly find the right position (within a height range of 4' 7" to 6' 8"). It's also a breeze to use: once you rest your body against the pad and lock your feet behind the ankle supports, you simply reach your arms over your head. As your arms go up, your body will gradually invert until you're almost completely upside down. The only inputs are your energy and gravity itself. Construction features include a lower spring-loaded pull pin that allows for easy ankle adjustments; four safe and comfortable foam rollers; U-shaped handrails; a safety strap that lets you control the desired inverting angles; and a safety lock for when you aren't using the table.
The IT8070, which folds for easy storage, will support up to 250 pounds.

Inversion Boots. Do you sometimes feel pounded, beaten and jarred? Inversion boots allow you to recover quickly from compression fatigue caused by jogging, aerobic training, stepping, bicycling and weight training. Inversion boots counteract the downward pull of gravity. Hanging in the inverted position brings instant relief to many forms of back pain and spasms associated with consistent downward gravitational pull on the spine, discs and muscles. Just a few minutes a day are sufficient to spread apart painful compressed discs. Back, neck and shoulder muscles are also stretched, further increasing flexibility and reducing pain. Recommended by doctors and used in hospital back clinics nationwide. Boots feature thick, comfortable, contoured support pads and have a heavy-duty single-action locking mechanism with built-in safety lever. Extra pads allow easy adjustment for all size users.

About Teeter Hang Ups Roger and Jennifer Teeter founded Hang Ups Inversion Products in 1981 and have been dedicated to manufacturing quality inversion products ever since. Roger and Jenny truly believe in the benefits of this simple, natural form of therapy that has been around since 400 BC. In the late 1970’s, Roger tried many forms of therapy to help manage his pain. He finally discovered that by inverting, he was able to relieve his back pain and begin the road to recovery. He credits inversion for keeping him pain free, healthy, and active. Inversion has changed Roger's life, and now he is dedicated to sharing his knowledge of inversion and quality products.
STL International, creator of Teeter Hang Ups brand inversion equipment, has pioneered standards for quality and performance in the inversion market. All Teeter Hang Ups F-series inversion tables are classified in accordance with UL 2601-1 (medical equipment in a clinical setting), a rigid specification that tests the structural integrity of the equipment.

The Gravity Boots wrap comfortably around each ankle, securing with adjustable, self-locking ratchet buckles. Easy-reach handles and comfortable foam handgrips allow for mounting and dismounting with ease. The double-bar system enables you to hang freely out and away from the frame -- allowing for maximum mobilization during your inverted workout! Cirque du Soleil turns bug's world upside-down in 'Ovo'
17.10.78
Ever wonder what transpires in the fascinating world of insects? If we are to believe (and you will) Cirque du Soleil’s masterful production of “Ovo,” which opened Wednesday night under the white Grand Chapiteau outside the United Center, bugs of all shapes and sizes play, dance, laugh, giggle, go a-courtin’, fall in love and perform impossible feats of dance and athletics. And all of it set to a brilliant Brazilian score.
In creating “Ovo” (the Portuguese word for egg), writer-director Deborah Colker has dug deep into her Brazilian dance-troupe roots to choreograph one of the most visually beautiful and physically demanding Cirque shows on the road. The “bugs” move in perfect harmony with their environment and one another: Giant flowers (scaled from an insect’s point of view, of course) blossom in seamlessly elegant maneuvers; a newborn “butterfly” emerges from a silky cocoon; “red ants” while away the day foot-juggling and tossing “giant” slices of kiwi fruit and corn cobs; a furry-legged “spider” navigates a slack wire high overhead with the greatest of ease.
Kids add their dolls and Walkmans and electronic games to the growing pile of
camping gear, and mothers pare it down. "They try to carry junk, you know. ...

Roladin – רולדין
Initial Thoughts: I was rather excited to see the brand-new Roladin cafe while searching for a place to grab a sandwich and/or salad for lunch. Not for any special reason, however, other than my desire to not only eat Kosher, but eat at places that have a certification from the Rabbis.
What I Bought : A small green salad that came with dressing. The dressing destroyed the simple salad that consisted of cherry tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. I also picked up a salmon sandwich, choosing it over the Bulgarian cheese sandwich only because that one contained mushrooms (icky). It is utterly fishy and lacking on any real taste besides the salmon. Maybe with the right seasonings it could have worked. To finish it off I bought a Kinley Soda Water.
